Web-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that assists in the evaluation and control of costs associated with maintenance activities and facilities management. PM’s, work orders, maintenance time, personnel scheduling, equipment assets, inventory, parts warranty and repair of parts are tracked. Purchase requisitions use an electronic approval process. System processes are fully integrated but will operate as discrete functions.
